Internet Jewelry Retailer, New York City http://www.jewelswarehouse.com/ I purchased a product and paid extra for overnight delivery. The transaction went through with great ease. When the item did not arrive the next day, nor the next, I phoned customer service. I was told the item was backordered. I then canceled the order. One month later the item arrives at my door, my account is charged, along with the expedite charge...overnite deliver. I returned the item at once. It took another month for the credit to appear on my account...MINUS the delivery charge AND there was a restocking fee. Needless to say, I filed a complaint with the Attorney's General Office here in New York. All along, there "customer service" was of absolutely no help!
