A&E factory service, a company that holds service contracts with whirlpool and other name brand appliances, apparently hires customer service reps from a pool of jerks, morons and post-operative lobotomy patients. If you find yourself in need of their services: beware! This is the most unprofessional group of people I have ever dealt with. The representatives are enforcing company “policies” despite any regard for logic, reason and customer satisfaction. They are rude and argumentative and everything was a hassle, starting with the scheduling right down to the actual service call (which never happened – they cancelled it without notifying me) A&E is obviously a large company coasting on big contracts with Whirlpool and others. With the caliber of customer service they provide, some of the big name appliances should reconsider their affiliation with them. I personally will never do business with them again, and I highly recommend to anyone considering doing business with them to find another company!
