I just cancelled my contract with Cingular Wireless. I was willing to pay $40.00 to get out of my contract 2 months early because Cingular is truly the WORST wireless service I have ever had. The only reason I chose Cingular was because they bought AT&T and I was always very satisfied with AT&T. Unfortunately, this was a very different company. I live in southeastern Florida where wireless towers are not a problem; however, I constantly got dropped calls, no service areas, and incredibly bad reception. The final straw was today when I had the “all circuits are busy” recording all day. Fortunately, my work cell phone is Verizon and the difference in reception is incredible.
