High Life Heating, Air conditioning & Security inc. I writing to complaint about the service that High Life provided on August 30, 2005. There is something wrong with my air conditioner so I placed a call to High Life and spoke to Stephen Young. I told him the problem with the a/c then he asked me did I change the filter and did I have someone to tune up my furnace every two year – I told him I am not sure because my father is the one who taking care of it. He said, “ you don’t know anything not even a simply thing.” “You are wasting my time and I don’t want to talk to you.” And he hung up on me. Is this the way to treat customer? Please notice this company providing an extremely bad customer service. And doesn’t help me in any way to solve my problem just to humiliated me.
