I have recently had problems with a company. I have filed a complaint with your company. I would like to know if you can post a recent update about this company. I also posted this information on ripoffreport.com and resellerrating.com. This information is very inportant to customers wanting answers. The Roseville police dept. has performed a search warrant on Portablecomputer.com. If you could post this information and inform people that have been victims to contact the Roseville PD. If you could ask for ELAINE at 916-746-1069 Hopefully your computer is at the Roseville PD. They confiscated 160 of them. Good luck.
I sent my computer to portablecomputer.com along with $395 for a crack LCD screen. I was told that it would take about a week or two and I would have it back. It has been 2 months now. I dont look like I am alone on this one. He continues to lie to me. He said that he sent out my computer repaired a month ago. I contacted him he searched for it and said that it was still there on my next phone call. He said that he would send it out on the following monday. He even gave me a tracking # 1zxw83320340292817 which later came back invalid. He has since said that he has contacted ups which said they cant locate it. He says that he is searching his office for my computer. I am still without a computer and my $395. I am going to seek help with the BBB in sacramento and also seek civil action against this company. I would recommend using another Computer repair company.
