I purchased a cordless phone (order no.419ssss) on shopping.indiatimes.com. The phone was delivered promptly but it was defective. I wrote to indiatimes couple of times via their feedback (Ticket no: SHOP-161675 & SHOP-160835) but absolutely no reply. Their site has no customer care email OR number that I can call. It was my first experiece with indiatimes shopping and it was patetic to say the least. I feel cheated of my money. Indiatimes is apprently certified by DNV. And this the

kind of quality systems they follow ? Prateek

Their customer service is really the worst.

If you buy email , hosting, domain etc., be prepared for all kinds of problems.
