We purchased a new Snowbear-Blackrock 8000HD model 7284061 utility trailer VIN# 2SWUW11A44S005272 from Home Depot on March 28th, 2005. In the 4 months since it's purchase, it has rusted and the paint has bubbled and blistered.

We paid $728 for this trailer, and feel that it should not be deteriorating in this manner. It was also advertised to accomodate 4x8' materials, and that also is not accurate.

Kindly advise your policy on this paint/rust problem asap. Thank you.

Snowbear has offered to send us some touch up paint so that we can sand down the bubbling/rusting paint and repaint it. 4 month old trailer.
