I received a gift from a friend through I sent it back for an exchange. They said I was past the thirty days for a return. I again explained that I wanted to exchange.

They said that the gift giver would have to be notified. I asked why they did not have a gift exchange policy so that the gift receiver would discreetly be able to exchange items. They said that they understood my frustration but there was nothing they could do. Now, I am stuck with an item I do not want. They will not exchange. I have not heard of such antiquated service policies. They have lost a customer and they will lose two.
