Please help this lady ASAP.

This lady lives on 800 NW 13th Av. # 515. A Section 8 or a government building. Her name is Dulce M. Martinez and she is 90 years old.

Two weeks after she moved there (4 months ago) she started noticing the humidity on the ceiling and the closet.

Right now the entire ceiling is black. The clothes smell horrible.

She is suffering from eye irritation, throat pain and sking irritation. The lady that takes care of her do not want to go any more because she is also getting sick.

She had complained several times to the association and no action taken. She was told she was going to be moved to another building. That is not a solution since they will paint and cover the problem for the next victim.

I would like for the television or the health department to see her apartment and see the mold all over her place. Maybe other people in the building have the same problem and are afraid to say any thing.

Please do something or tell me where to go.
