Hi

My name is Rajiv and I have a complaint about Dish Network. I have been a customer for the last one year. Recently, I have started getting intermittent reception with some of my channels (Channel # 105,122,138,168 etc).

 

After a call to the customer service, I was stunned, when the customer service agent said " We are sorry but that is all we can do from our side. We could ask a technician to come over to your house, but he is going to charge $99 for the visit. Or we could put you in a Dish Protection Plan for 5.79 a month and in that case our technician will charge $29". The company is not providing me service and they expect me to pay for it. Thanks
