After buying the product a week ago it continues to ask me to register the product. I have done so almost every time I sit down at the computer. Today when I tried again, it said I had the wrong email address the first three times. The wrong password after I rebooted and tried several more times (it had been written down). The free online help was not available to me and also said I had another version on the computer which I hadn't. When I reached a certain point, it just started all over again, but would go no further. The only phone help available was $2.95 for credit cards and $3.95 if you didn't have one. It said the "15 or16" number card I gave it (3 times) was invalid. I use it every day. When I tried the other line I started getting "phone tag" games. I asked to talk to a manager. The first time I was told they were in a meeting. The second time (through sales) I was left hanging with the promise it would take a minute or two. These people are something else.
