After purchasing 5days worth of hotel tickets 2 months in advance, for which they charge your credit card up front, I tried to shorten the trip by one day six weeks beforehand. They refused to give me any credit. If I cancelled just one night, I would be charged full price anyway. I then found out if I would have contacted Holiday Inn Suites direct, I could have gotten a better price from their website than Travelocity!! NEVER use Travelocity for hotel reservations, because no matter what happens, you cannot cancel.
