Hi Sir This is Ramesh Babu from Bose Technolgy center Pvt Ltd., Bangalore.I would like to bring my very bad experience with Shelters & CitiBank regarding Personal Loan. I have given My Documents on 11 August 2005 to Mr.Rameswaran( Mobile Number: 9886011867),Shelters,JayaNagar,Bangalore.After 2 days, another executive Mr.Shikar Bajaj(Mobile Number:9880009978) came into picture and simply dragged the issue for almost week without any progress.Finally I talked to Mr. Sreenivas(Mobile Number:9880395657) and with his intiation, file had been logged only on 19 August 2005. I was continuosly following up with Sreenivas and there was a Techincal issue from CitiBank side and Contunuos follow up with Amritha(Mobile No:9845852230), finally it was resolved after one more week( i.e., 27 August 2005).Again They are taking 3 days, But I have not received my Demand Draft till now. I am very sorry to say that your Shelter & CitiBank people are very much lack of Integrity and Ethical values.They are not really putting their efforts to stans for what they have told.Also, I would like to show the list of calls and time spend towords this loan and I am leaving to you for the amount of Mental tension the customer will face during this one month.I would like to request you to take a Nessesary action against these people who is really responsible for all this mess. .
