Dear Complaintee There are certain reasons why people go out to restuarants…... and mine is to be treated with respect and be served with proffesionalism… My family and I went to Saddles in Sanlamcentre Parow they had a special called burgernight where you buy one burger and get another free which u will pay for the highest price..So we order 2 burgers in order to get another..the matter of fact we were waiting nobody was communicating with us…at the end the waiter came around and I asked her where is the rest of the food..The waiter was ok..We explain to the Manager he said the waiter was still new..but no appoligies..When I contfront him about the appoligy he said just leave my restaurant..I've never been so humilated..I said to him I don't want any freebies he said just leave my restaurant..I think it is very uncallfull..My husband told him that we the customers he just say pay and get out of my restaurant…When I told them I'm going to the newspapers they say thank you for the free publicity….Is that how People get treated in Saddles then I got no respect for that place…. Hope it won't fall unto deaf ear
