Hi group

Recently changed my prepaid to postpaid . The customer care cell told me that i have to pay 1500 for STD (non local calls) facility. I paid the amount and got a reciept that the amount is paid for STD facility. I was not getting the facility after 1 month also. They told me that i have to pay 5000 more for getting the facility(?). I questioned them, but they were arrogant. So i closed my number and went to another service provider. Now they are not giving back my deposit, telling that i have closed the number within 6 months. So they can only give 500 rupees back. When they have not followed the commitment from their side, why should i ? Think i have to go to a court for this.
