Chase Bank

I looked on my credit report recently and discovered that Chase Bank has me listed as defauting on a loan. I don't bank or never have with Chase Bank.

I understand that they took over Bank One and I did settle a credit card with them in March of 2002. It was settled and released. What can I do?
