I have a complaint about T-Mobile's service, quality of their phones, and customer service, if you could call it that.

 

We received a bill with over $400.00 of overages and fees. I told them that we were having problems since at least the beginning of the billing cycle if not before about my husband's phone dropping calls, and/or disconnecting after a few minutes, so we had no choice but to use our house phone.

 

They refused to give us any explanation, and we told them we had complained to the customer service department as well as at the South Robert St (West St Paul) store many times with problems with this phone. They kept giving us advice, and we would try it, then have to call back or return to the store saying it wouldn't work.

 

They finally ordered us another phone, after we had found out about all the overages.

 

What I would like T-Mobile to do is to compensate us or take off $100.00 off our bill for our continual problems. I'm also very unsure about doing business with T Mobile in the future.
