Dell Dell August 26, 2005 Dell customer service lies and belittles their customers. When trying to deal with their customer service, which is outsourced and half of them dont understand what you are saying, they blatantly lied about their name and having people calling back. I have yet to have anything resolved after two hours of phone calls.
