This bank makes a practice of paying checks in a manner that can cause overdraft. Allow me to explain: If you have a balance of $1.500.00. You have 5 checks that come in one at $1,600.00 and 4 @ $50.00 each. Instead of paying the 4 @ $50.00 then returning the one @ 1,600.00. They will pay the the larger one overdraw your account by -$100.00 then force pay the other assessing a $36.00 fee. Not only in this not showing concern for the consumer, this is absolute hiway robbery. There marketing structure talks about how they are more fair than the other banks....and that they have free checking....but the reality is..they have poor customer service and they practice unethical operationally.
