I have an account that I also have insurance on. I became ill and took a medical leave from work at which time I decided to use this insurance. The insurance has been contacting this company trying to get one statement that they need to process this claim and make my payments while I am ill. They and myself have been in contact since December 2004 and still are waiting. Now is has been turned over to URS and I have never been threatened and talked to so bad and also ignored so badly. I am sick and the lady, Kay Jackson said she has heard everything. They want everything all at once and don't care about the reason it has not been paid. I've always paid my bills on time and never had to deal with anything like this.
