Pacific Digital Knowledge Base - Question Alert! Pacific Digital Knowledge Base - Question Alert! August 25, 2005 I've been trying to get my Memory frame repaired. It went dead August 2nd. I used the support link and the reply asked for my Mdl and Serial number. After I provided it They dropped of the earth. I cannot reach them by phone, messages not returned. I've made more then 100 calls to the support line at all times of the day and have never reached a live body. I cannot get a responce in email. $350.00 for this frame purchased 2/04 and this is the support? I expected this thing to last longer than 17 months. helppppppppppppppppppp......
