Recently received Sears Gold master card and first month was fine. Received statment and paid in full. Next statement came for $1.00 which I didn't received but received one today on 8/24/05 for $1 + Late fee $15.00 so total $16.00. Can you belive that this one dollar was for not purchasing but it was charged for rewards fee for one year which I didn't know. When I was paying 1st time we called customer service for balance and they provided balance so we sent check to them, but they didn't mentioned me about $1.00 rewards fee so finally I had to call to cancel this fee and customer service would not listen. They told me that they can not do that and finally I have to ask for cancel, ask to give me credit on next month statment but none of the work. I had to pay $16.00 so never make a mistake to apply for Sears Gold Master card.-Hitesh
