Sears - Citibank Credit Services Sears - Citibank Credit Services August 24, 2005 On 08/23/05 I attempted to reactivate my Sears card by calling credit services (Citibank) on the in store customer service telephone at the Mansfield, Ohio, location. I spent 25 minutes on hold and getting jerked around only to get cut off in the middle of a conversation with the service rep. I called back and the same thing happened again.
Although I have not used my card for several years the treatment by Citibank was inexcusable. Citibank is a disservice to Sears customers and I will never use my Sears card again as long as they operate credit services.
