Direct Satellite Network - Direct TV - Direct Satellite Network sold me a lifetime warranty for a direct tv system that we ordered and also told us we would get a free surround sound system when we signed up for 1 year. This was in April of 2005. I have not received a warranty as of this date even thought they billed for it. I sent the requirend form and proff of purchase laong with a money order for $29.99 on May 3, 2005. As of this date I have not received a surround sound system from them. In addition, attempts to contact them have gon onwhere as they do not answer their toll free number.
