direct satellite network solutions
well, I would tell you what happened to me, except you already know. I could cut & paste any one of those other complaints, and it would be correct. my time frame was aug., 2004 to the present time. around july 18, 2005 I placed a call to d.s.n.s. to make sure the product was being shipped (for the 4th time) I got the menu prompt, but then sat on hold for 45 minutes, (aren't I an idiot) with no answer. I called back the following day, and it just rang & rang. than I called directv who informed me that they no longer do business with d.s.n.s. and that they would have a supervisor call me on the matter, and probably give me a $50 credit toward my bill. which, I don't know about any of you , but my bill is more than $50 a month, & that sure isn't going to buy me a surround sound system! they never called me back anyways, go figure!
in my opinion, directv is just as responsible for this chaos. they, as a company, contract them selves out to these other companies to help promote & solicit their product. I think we all need to come together and report this to the better business bureau along with what ever other action needs to be taken. they can't ignore all of us forever. someone else mentioned a class action suit, I'll do whatever it takes!
