Everlife flashlight / service

The following email was sent on 7/28/05 to customer service for AsSeenOnTV advertising on the Internet. It was the second email regarding the same complaint. The first was sent on 7/9/05 and no response to the complaint has been received COMPLAINTS.COM_FORM_MAIL_74754# Member No: 489227sss
Order No: AS1444sss To whom it may concern: Per the above captioned member number and order number the order was placed for the Everlife flashlight and the miniature "Everlife" flashlight on 5/30/05. The order was received on or about 6/30/05. On 7/9/05, less than two weeks after receipt of the product, I sent an email to Customer Service relating to the miniature "Everlife" flashlight, a $15.00 value, as declared on TV. The email stated that the miniature flashlight was inoperable and that a replacement is in order. To date I have not had the courtesy of a reply or a replacement. Am I to assume that AsSeenOnTV.com is less than honest regarding its "Guarantee" As an alternative to a replacement of the miniature flashlight I would find agreeable, payment of $4.00 ($19.95 less the $15.00 value of the miniature flashlight), plus $6.95 shipping, a total of $10.95. For this amount of $10.95, I shall accept another regular size Everlife flashlight. I do find that the regular size Everlife does perform well and it holds a charge over time while it is not being used. Very truly yours, Ferdinand Click this link to e-mail the message author: COMPLAINTS.COM_FORM_MAIL_47752#
