StoresOnline Scam StoresOnline Scam August 20, 2005 Hello there. We are an organisation based in Australia who is seeking other disatisfied consumers who have had negative dealings with StoresOnline. Our plan is to instigate a Class Action against them comprising of Australians and New Zealanders who have been 'stung' by the company. Please be advised that we also require written testimonials from all international and Australian consumers who have had either negative or positive dealings with the company, regardless of whether or not these consumers wish to be involved in any legal proceedings. Simply put, the more written testimonials and support we are able to get from the international community, the more weight our case will have and the more chance of its success!! Please also be advised that in Australia, this company is being investigated at a federal level by the ACCC and in Western Australia by DOCEP. Anyone living in Australia should lodge their complaints with these two governmental agencies. I paid $6000.00 for this and to this date I still do not have anything up and running. They sent me and email and offered me for $400.00 they would do this and that and like a fool I took the bait.. I still am working very hard and do not really think I will get anything up and running. It is at the programmers now and has been for over a week, so I will see next week if they are going to do anything. I will keep you all posted on my progress. They handed out Free Gift as well so Go and Learn. DON'T BUY ANYTHING NOTHING AT ALL. most of the features that look so great can be found for free if you just take your time and search the web and even Books. They suckered us don't have the site up, could barely find products to dropship. Making money on own but we have 2 pay $160 a month for nothing and they want us to spend more and more Money and they never stated that there would be other charges. They want you to go to Aliaba.com which has lots of China companies selling fake products and Doba is expensive. Found Free Dropship sites but not competitive pricing. You really do have to find you Niche Products. I 2 great niches on my own. Don't deal with this company more then the learning experience. Tried to cancel cause our jobs at the time where threatened of being Chopped. For anyone like the guy who posted about losing his job and wanting to make a payment deal with them go right ahead but MAKE SURE YOU TELL THEM THAT YOU WANT TO STOP DIRECT PAYMENT AND MAKE THE PAYMENT YOURSELF, however they charge $11.00 Phone transaction fee When you call in Payments. From: Message Author (click here to email author)Date: Monday, 05-Jan-09 13:54:21 CST Business: Reply Online Consumer: Comment On This Comment On ThisWe signed up with SOL almost 2 years ago. Luckily, our first site was successful quickly. So much so that we shut down our second site as we were swamped. Business has slowed down due to the recession, but Christmas sales are better than last years. I have to say that SOL's training binder was woefully inadequate and poorly organized. Their support staff are poorly trained and they often give conflicting advice. We feel we were successful despite being a SOL site. Also, the support companies they recommend are terrible. Costly, slow and very poor customer service. We cancelled all of those services and went with services outside of SOL's family of companies. It took me over two years to get just one website going with additional costs from other websites, such as doba(for droppershipping) and now I'm paying additional cost for advertising the website, that has been active now for 4 months and not a penny, I wish there was a way to sell the other websites does anyone have any ideas to how they have accomplished this or if its possible? Has anyone made a lawsuit towards storesonline in canada? From: Message Author (click here to email author)Date: Thursday, 23-Oct-08 00:26:57 CDT Business: Reply Online Consumer: Comment On This Comment On ThisI purchased stores online in Feb 2008. When I attented the seminar they told me that there package would work good for dropshippers(I don't have any products to sell). When I contacted the dropshippers they said that stores would not work with there package and to make It work would cost me a lot more money. Most, If not all dropshippers have there own web sites and want you to use them not stores. So why would stores sell me there package knowing that there's would not work to scam me out of my money by singing a contract. Now I am trying to get my money back, but It looks like I will have to get a lawyer and sue them. All of this started in February of this year when I ordered a part for my mobility scooter from this company. Many of us have tried to notify the owners of SDMMS for resolution to similar issue of no shipping to no avail. Once I learned that they had cashed my money order, I personally contacted the company on 8-19, 8-23, 9-3, 9-22, 9-30 still no product or refund. This type of illicit activity is what brings down great companies like Online Store. I am wondering if that is the normal course of business for companies hosted by your firm? Find their information below. You can check for the failures yourself on the blog connected to the site as well as a copy of my e-mails below.

I opened the letter and found that in fact it had been deposited into our RCS account ( a separate business) which is why I didn't see payment through SDMMS. I SINCERELY APOLOGIZE! Please believe that I did in no way intend to mislead, misinform, or NOT deliver product. That is not why I'm here! With that said, I'll happily refund or send the bag, your choice. I am sorry for the mix up on our end, the blame rests squarely on my shoulders. You cashed the money order under the name Radio Control Specialties. Miss led me to believe you hadn't received the US Postal Service money order causing additional wasted time. All of which is fraud ... better yet mail fraud. It appears that you do not intend to send the product. I am rightfully owed a product that you were paid to deliver yet failed to do so. I will take this up with US Postal Inspector today. You will note the tag line on my e-mail clearly states that this will not go away for SDMMS without proper resolution. I saw this to be a scam after I excepted the first meeting, and they wanted $50.00 to get to the next meeting, but on the lighter side, i have learned how to market with all aspects. I have kept every email, receipt, etc Suddenly they cancelled my license for which I paid $5000 without any notification etc. I found StoresOnline to be deceitful in their tactics towards small businesses who are looking to be successful through cutting edge technology (stores in cyberspace). I later discovered that in order to be successful they were encouraging me to spend more money in order to be visible on major search engines i.e. google, alta vista, and yahoo. I decided to cut my losses, because at least I was able to develop a webpage. Only to find that my license was cancelled as mentioned above. From: Message Author (click here to email author)Date: Sunday, 27-Jul-08 02:59:38 CDT Business: Reply Online Consumer: Comment On This Comment On ThisWe, too, went to a Seminar with Stores Online and were seriously lied to. We were told if we followed their specific instructions, which we did, we would be extremely successful. This was a lie! We spent thousands and made practically nothing. Stores Online also promised not to sell our names, but they did and we are still getting solicitations to pay more money for success. This is a major scam! Worldwide Class Action suits are now in progress. From: Message Author (click here to email author)Date: Friday, 28-Mar-08 08:22:27 CDT Business: Reply Online Consumer: Comment On This Comment On ThisI do not live in Australia, though I would love to, but I have just had a negative encounter with StoresOnline. I have fallen on hard times, approximately one month after signing my contract with StoresOnline, and I made them aware I was without work, but that I would do all in my power to continue paying them for the services they gave out. Everything on the surface IS legitimate, it's not until you get to the infrastructure that it all falls apart. I made an arrangement a little over two weeks ago that would allow me to pay them between December 12th and 14th, so I would be sure to make my truck payment to catch that up and keep my head above water. On Friday, November 30th, however, they took a payment out, anyway and, because my truck payment has come out as well, -and a few more items under the $15 budget mark I had left after the truck payment, will be coming out soon, as well- I am going to be over $300 deep in my bank account before all is said and done. I very carefully budgeted for this, very carefully made all of these arrangements, and StoresOnline has now hammered me so they could get their pound of flesh. I don't know if this is suitable for what you're looking for, but this is what happened to me and, according to them, there's nothing I can do about it, which is why I started looking for scam lawyers and came across your site, instead.
