GE APPLIANCE PARTS DEPT I ordered parts for my freezer based on reading the diagram supplied by GE (I am an electrical engineer). The parts did not fit together. I asked the parts dept to sort it out for me but ended up speaking with their planning dept. Solution: Call and pay for a service call!!! Which I never made so my freezer drawer never rolled! The parts dept had no way of resolving a mistake in their drawing or parts system. I had the original parts and received two parts that in the diagram fit together but when received they did not even fit closely. One part was way too large to fit around the other part.
