We chose the WRONG pool builder! We chose a company we thought could do the job competently, but they have proved themselves otherwise. We were told by the salesman that the pool would take 9 weeks to build. We are now going into our fifth month and still our pool is not completed. We had hoped for a pool for the summer but now we don’t even know if we will have one for the fall. I have been referred to a “quality assurance” department. This just offers us more broken promises and meaningless compensations. The company has not been capable of coordinating their teams to get the job done in a timely manner. I have been told many excuses – from concrete shortage to whole teams quitting. There has been nothing professional about any of this procedure and I am completely and 100% dissatisfied. I would NEVER recommend Paddock Pools in Arizona!
