Appliance Direct, Melbourne Florida Appliance Direct, Melbourne Florida August 18, 2005 Well you've heard and seen their obnoxious ads on TV "Get brand new, in the box same day delivery" etc. etc.
Ordered brand new high-end range which came out of the box, dented and trim broken. Ordered brand new stack washer/dryer, waited six weeks (they promised two week delivery) which came out of the box and dented.
Bought an "on the floor" scratch and dent refridgerator which was delivered with an additional 9 inch dent. They were not able to get another one so adjusted the price $100.
Was told by manager that he would adjust the stack washer/dryer but never did.
Overall impression is a bunch of used-car salesmen promising the consumer anything, lying included in their sales pitch and once the sale is made....it's good-bye Charlie. Shop elswhere....piece of mind.
