A Taste of California: wine club
August 17, 2005
My complaint is against "A Taste of California: wine club. After upgrading to a higher class of wine I was promised in the brochure that I would receive two free bottles of wine free. That was back in July, 2005. I have e-mailed them, cancelled my membership and was promised by a lady named Susan Foerster on Aug. 1, 2005 that, yes, they did make a mistake and that the wine should arrive to me shortley. Well, it is now Aug. 17 and it is still not here. I have e-mailed them twice asking "why" and have had no relply. It is no big deal but to me keeping your word is what a company should be all about. There address is A Taste of California
P.O. Box 683
Holmes, Pa 19043
Thank you, you have helped by blood pressure!!!!!~!
Peggy
