I had paid in full the fees Mr. Moore said were due in order for him to file the proper paperwork for me to file for a divorce. This was in 2002-03 and I have yet to receive any paperwork what-so-ever indicating that my divorce is in fact finalized. I have tried countless times to contact him. I recently learned where he had moved his business to but have not gone in person to try and resolve this. Mr. Moore nor his assistant seem to be able to take the time to return any of my calls or respond back to me in any way, shape or form.
