Complaint about internet site tuxedotshirts.com

I would like to inform you about a bad experience I had with tuxedotshirts.com. My soon-to-be husband and I ordered several tuxedo t-shirts for our wedding coming up in several months. I purchased the

shirts and washed them and when they came out of the wash the colors ran on the bottom of the shirt. I contacted the vendor and they REFUSED to either exchange them or let us return them despite that the fact that we washed them as the tag prescribed.

When we emailed them again advising them know of our dissatisfaction and desire to post complaints at internet sights we received no response. It is crystal clear to me that tuxedotshirts.com does not (in any way) stand by their product. The only conclusion that can be reached is that tuxedotshirts.com sells poor quality merchandise. We advise you to STAY AWAY from tuxedotshirts.com and DISCOURAGE OTHERS from shopping there!!
