in Irving TX I brought back my laptop to be serviced for a faulty electric input. It was not charging and was smoking as if there ware crossing wires in the laptop. They told me they would fix it ad give me a call in a day or two when their servicing department go it. They never called back so I did the calling. When I talked to the customer service desk they told me they would not fix and that they would have to return it to me. I outlined the exact words that they assured me they called me a liar and made me feel very stupid. My Claim number is G32319dd.
