I am having a lot of problems with Dell. A Dell employee slipped up and disclosed the fax number of their corporate offices: 512-728-7100. I thought this info might be of help to anyone with a similar problem.

I'm not saying that if you send a fax to that number that it will get to Michael Dell's desk (or that it would even matter if it did) but you may be able to reach some of the higher level managers.

Dell has personally cost me over 3 x the cost of their machine (and who knows how much to their stockholders). I figure that people higher up on the food chain have got to be more sensitive to this kind of thing. If enough people fax them, maybe they'll have to start making some policy changes.
