Hi everyone, I bought three (3) days vacation from FLORIDA GATEWAY VACATION in Orlando, Silver Lake Resort. There were couple of requirements about this and I filled-out this form. One of them was to participate to tour, which was commercial. Our family was on this tour exactly when the Resort inquired. I can speak English and I can understand fluently. But my spouse can’t speak pretty well. This was not mention in our agreement between FLORIDA GATEWAY VACATION like agent and me. So the resort declined us to make a tour because my wife can’t speak English fluently. I was surprised. This is the USA and there is discrimination! For me it was impossible but it happened. And finally the charged my account with additional $169 because the resort couldn’t give us any chance to perform the tour. I just want to say everyone to keep attention when he (or she) orders anything from this company FLORIDA GATEWAY VACATION, based in Cooper City.
