Worldpay.com the internet merchant is nothing but bad news. I have signed up for a merchant account with this dishonest company, first off in the sign up process it mentioned that if you pay a certain fee your account will be ready in 1 week, so the fee was paid (a hefty one) and a week passed with no account, it took over 4 weeks to create the account (note that you also have to pay over $450 in sign up fees).

So when the account was created, a week passed and we got our first remittance slip, not knowing that there was a HIDDEN fee of over $1000 that was charged as a percentage per transaction, when contacting the company about this, what they did was cancel our account and has now held all the money in the account (over 10000) for over 180 days.

I am not sure how these people are in business, they are worst than Paypal!

I suggest you don't even go to their website, they'll start ripping you off from the get go.
