complaining details: One day I ordered a chicken Pat Thai in this restaurant, and when I almost finish eating, I found a small roach in my plate, it is so gross that I almost vomit. This is summer time, I

I totally agree, staff there is very unfriendly, never ever smile, when they take you to the seat, it's like giving customer 'order'. Staff on the floor, and staff behind the casher/dessert case are no different. A few other Asian friends told me the same, it's too bad, they have good and unique food, but staff there need to 'cheer up' a bit! I am a big fan of Lady's Crape Cake $5 a small piece. Everytime, when I have dinner there, I took one out home. For 3 straight times, they were OLD ! Tasted 'sour'... Told manager about it, he only said, "oh" didn't even care... Not only staff, 'manager' has the same manner as staff, no wonder everyone there is miserable !

One time, soy sause tasted really FUNKY... Please be careful with freshness.

I went to eat today too. The food was adequate, but when the bill came and we paid, the waiter complained and demanded we leave a bigger tip. My friends and I thought that was very inappropriate of them. I would not go there again; the service is horrible.
