Top Cigarette Tobacco Crumbled

Dear Sir,

My husband and I recently started rolling our own cigarette's. I am disabled and we are raising three children. We stopped at the "Rite-Aid" Store in Willard, Ohio in early August and purchased two 3/4oz. packages of Top Cigarette Tobacco to get us through the week. We spent the last of our money on these two packages. When we arrived home and tried to roll the tobacco we became very frustrated because the tobacco was so dry it was unrollable. All the tobacco in both packages just crumbled. What tobacco that did go into the tube came falling out of the tube when holding it upside down! My question is will you replace these two packages?
