Verizon wireless billing - NOT UP FRONT on additional charges Verizon wireless billing - NOT UP FRONT on additional charges August 15, 2005 I don't think my first issue "A Verizon cutomer rep. called me about problem of transfer a Cingular number because it had cancelled the number by error. He suggested he can assigned me a new phone number, however he didn't mentioned there was a $15 charged for "MOBILE TELEPHONE NUMBER CHANGE" I should had NOT to paid this $15. If he had told me about this $15, I would had resolved this issue with Cingular." had been resolved.
Update your online software to allow customer to check detail usage during current statement cycle to provide better customer service.
