I don't think my first issue "A Verizon cutomer rep. called me about problem of

transfer a Cingular number because it had cancelled the number by error.

He suggested he can assigned me a new phone number, however he didn't

mentioned there was a $15 charged for "MOBILE TELEPHONE NUMBER CHANGE" I

should had NOT to paid this $15. If he had told me about this $15, I

would had resolved this issue with Cingular." had been resolved.

 

Update your online software to allow customer to check detail usage during current statement cycle to provide better customer service.

 

Read customer question carefully, before reply.

 

I'm very UNSATISFY with your company mistakes and services.
