I have been trying to have our PMI deleted from our mortgage since June 27, 2005. I believe I have met all the requirements listed on the Notice Concerning PMI - disclosure which we signed along with our note on 7/28/03. I have submitted an appraisal by a licensed appraiser showing my LTV to be at 75.7%. They say it must be below 75% on loan less than 5 years old. This is not disclosed. I was led to believe it had to meet 80%. I have tried to write to them as they require (they will not accept phone calls). I get no response. Please help me as I feel paying $235 a month for the last 2 years has been a waste. My payment history with Suntrust is perfect. I think they are making unreasonable requests after the fact.

Please help me with matter.
