I have had dish network for approximately 12 years now. The receivers are so old that I cannot pay my bill on channel 100 because I do not get that station. Also, my remote is so old that I cannot use the channel up button or the 0 button because they do not work. I would like to keep dish as my satellite provider and extend to 4 receivers but every time I call I am told that I am unable to do so unless I switch into my husbands name. I am unable to do so since he is unable to talk on the phone. Please tell me how I can get a new system with 4 receivers without changing account names and without costing me a bundle.
