Primary Financial Services

I am complaining about Primary Financial Services.

This is a horrible company to deal with!! I have never been spoken to like this before.

My husband and I bought a Dell laptop and I was in school full time and got behind on the payments. We were contacted a few months ago by another company that we set up payments with ($100.00) every 2 weeks. Our balance was over $2100 when we started and we now only owe $1000. We had payments set up to be pulled from our account until it was paid in full. Everything was going fine and then Primary Financial Services comes along and says we shouldn't have paid them they can't collect this debt because they don't have permission. I tried to speak to the representative (Mr. Ford) and he just shouted and spoke to me like I was a piece of garbage. He kept saying, Are you listening to me!!" I finally said, "No!" and hung up. I then called the other company that I had set up payments with and they said that they lost the accounts and Dell called on the 10th and pulled all the accounts. I decided to call Mr. Ford back and tell him he was correct and they had the account. I wanred to set up payments and he said, "No! Pay it now, we are not a payment center we collect money in full!" I didn't have $1000 right now (I am a teacher and it's summer), so again I asked him to set up a payment. Basically he screamend at me a lot and then told me, "Call me back when you get some dam sense!" I asked him to speak to his supervisor and he said he didn't have one and hung up on me. I then called back again and asked for his supervisor and got some other guy, who was just as useless. He said he stands behind his employees and they need the money now, they are a clearing house not a payment center. I asked him to put someone else on our account because Mr. Ford and I were having communication problems and he said no. I decided to have my husband talk to Mr. Ford and that went worse than the other calls had. My husband said the amount we owed was wrong and that they should check on it. Mr. Ford said it wasn't and gave us a buy-out price of $788.50 we said give me 2 1/2 weeks and you can pull it from our account. Mr. Ford said, "No, we need it now or we are garnishing wages and many other things." He also told my husband to do whatever it took to get him the money now. Well to say the least the conversation did not end well and my husband cursed at him and hung up.

I have been on the Web all afternoon complaining everywhere I could and if you have problems do the same. Better Business Bureau of Arizona, Arizona State Banking Department and here. I happen to have a friend who owns a collection agency and she is researching some things for me now. I live in Wisconsin and we have very strict laws on collection and Mr. Ford's threat about garnishing wages won't happen until we meet in court. I am waiting for the harassing phone calls that everyone else has had, but I haven't had that pleasure yet. I just have gotten letters.

If anyone has anymore places to complain let me know. I can't believe these people have gotten away with this for as long as they have!

To all,

Seems like this company Primary Financial Services- is just doing what they please. I have research and come up with literally hundreds of complaints against them- has anyone consider a case action law suit against them.

I think we should.
