I cannot get hold of anyone at the phone number. I need some things taken care of.

1. There is too much wire in my bedroom for my TV. I tried to shove it through the 3 holes, now it is sticking out the side of the house.

2. Something is very wrong with my remote for one of the main TVs.

3. I need the TV in my room wired properly, my son did it on a new TV and hardly nothing works.

4. I need the basement TV reconnected, my son moved with the one that was there in the beginning, I put another one down there.

I have been trying to call to get these things done for me. Please acknowledge my e-mail and see if someone can come out and fix these things.
