Denial of service to Handicapped Citizen

Denial of service to Handicapped Citizen Denial of service to Handicapped Citizen August 14, 2005 I attempted to obtain service at a Flying J Corporate service station's restaurant facility, The Cookery, and was denied service due to the fact that I require the assistance of a C.A.P.H. Certified Assistant to the Physically Handicapped dog.
Al my complaints go unanswered and moreover, I was contacted by an Assistant Manager, one of the original perpetrators, and admonished to 'let it go', not make such a 'big deal' of it and advised that if anything at all would be done about my complaint, I would certainly not be made privy to it because, after all, that was Flying J's policy.
Calls to Corporate Headquarters in Ogden, Utah, go unanswered and unresponded to. I was referred to a Corporate attorney on Friday, August 12th, who basically blew me off after telling me that the corporate policy dictated that if anything was done it would be confidential and I would not be made aware of it.
My dog and I are supposed to be protected under Title II and Title III of the Americans With Disabilities Act.
The public should be aware of the details so that they may direct their buying dollar elsewhere.
