earthlink earthlink August 14, 2005 I now am located in Kentucky,so i'm using webmail.earthlink.net.
For the past month i've had my emails (old) deleted twice and some of my address book contacts deleted.The 'chat' personal at earthlink have no clue,they repeat questions ,they don't listen,moreover they don't try to fix your problem,heck one even hung up on me and disconnected the chat.They have a backup so they need to reinstate my emails!! They need to reinstste my email.They did state that they've 'upgraded' to make things better???Isn't it a coincidence that they upgraded in july when all my emails were erasedwell, Earthlink it STILL doesn't work because you erased them again.The least earthlink could do is to inform customers of expected problems.Earthlink is the pits!!!
