I paid for a Laurastar (Perma Seal Australia P/L) ironing system about 9 months ago and only just received it. I tried to return it as new in its original container to no avail and copped a lot of abuse from the manager.

This company has no ethical standards and the manager arrogantly declared that they don't belong to DSA or any association.
