Jennifer x4459 Promised me TWO days ago that I would receive an e-mail winthin TWO days finally indicating what replacement plasma TV Philips would supply. Nothing! No e-mail. No call. Nothing!!! This case should be an embarassment. Only the intervention of Bose, from whom I bought the unit, produced the one and only call from Philips to me ... from Jennifer. Now Philips is back to business as usual. Kenneth
