I would very much like Ford to stand by the email below dated July 11th, 2005 from Kristen Kinley of Ford FCSD Public Affairs 313-337-2786 COMPLAINTS.COM_FORM_MAIL_74721#

which states that: I am "still eligible for the 01M03 extended coverage on the front springs". I would very much appreciate it if either Ford, or my Ford dealer would reimburse me for the money I paid out of my own pocket to my Ford dealer on May 7th, 2005 to have those front springs replaced since Ms. Kinley's email dated July 11th, 2005 states that I am "still eligible for the 01M03 extended coverage on the front springs". The front springs were replaced at my expense on May 7th, 2005 at Ed Carney Ford Inc. 189 Route #10 East Hanover Twp, NJ 07936
