I purchased flowers online from 1-800 Flowers in May 2003. Months later I notice an arbitrary charge to my checking account for $7 each month from WLI Travel

Values but did not sign up for any service. Customer service from 1-800 Flowers said that I must have clicked on a pop-up menu but I have been using pop-up blockers. I canceled my "service" from Travel Values and asked for a refund. So far I have not received anything. I contacted 1-800 Flowers to let them know that they have permanently lost a customer.
